Instalacja.
Do instalacji potrzebujemy kilku rzeczy. Najważniejsza jest tutaj strona:

Na której znajdziemy:
- ROM. W trakcie instalacji otrzymujemy możliwość wyboru, czy instalować kernel AOSP, czy może CAF. Tę funkcjonalność otrzymujemy dzięki modułowi AROMA, znanemu od czasów Nexusa One i HTC Desire.
Są tutaj dwie wersje ROMu: oparta na CM i na PA.
Po pobraniu ROMu koniecznym jest zainstalowanie gappsów, dostępnych na wyżej podanej stronie. Autor zdecydowanie doradza instalowanie jego paczki (gappsy od np. PA mogą powodować bugi).
Opcjonalnie są do pobrania:
- PIE Control Patcher - czyli znane z PA przyciski PIE
- dialer AOSP
- usunięte aplikacje od CM (tapety, cyjanowski menadżer plików, etc.).
W przypadku problemów z zamrażaniem ekranu po wybudzeniu, autor zaleca instalację kernela bez s2w/d2w. Należy zwrócić uwagę, że kernel musi pasować do pobranej przez nas wersji: CAF do CAFa i AOSP do AOSP. Inaczej możemy mieć bootloop.
UWAGA: Dla wersji 8.4.1 nie ma jeszcze takiego kernela, jest w trakcie gotowania.
Instalacja:
1. Wgrywamy ostatnie dostępne CWM lub TWRP
2. Pobrane pliki wrzucamy do pamięci telefonu
3. Reboot do Recovery
4. Wipe data/factory reset (full wipe)
5. Flash Romu
6. Flash gappsów
7. Flash dodatków (opcjonalnie)

Aktualizacja ROMu:
1. Przenieść nowo pobrany ROM i gappsy (plus opcjonalne dodatki) do pamięci telefonu.
2. Flash ROMu.

4. Flash dodatków (opcjonalnie).
5. Reboot.
Znane bugi:
- ?
Autor odradza instalację innych kerneli, co uzasadnia lepszym działaniem ROMu na oryginalnym ROMie, ale nie ma przeszkód w instalacji np. HellCore, czy Faux.
ROM jest aktualizowany dosyć często, nie ma potrzeby robić wipe przy aktualizacjach. Zwykły dirty flash nie powinien w niczym zaszkodzić, developer wręcz go zaleca.
Od czasu do czasu, przy mniejszych zmianach, możemy znaleźć paczki oznaczone jako delta, mające z reguły po 50-60 MB. To nic innego, jak aktualizacja tylko części ROMu, bez konieczności ściągania całego systemu. Nie są dostępne do każdej wersji, szczegóły można znaleźć na stronie download.
