Thanks for the email. Earlier this week there was a technical issue that resulted in some Play developers mistakenly receiving more than one disbursement payment. You may have seen this reflected on the “Transactions” page of your Google Wallet Merchant Center account. We discovered the issue within a few hours and addressed the problem immediately.
We've corrected the issue, and are in the process of reversing overpaid funds applied to your account. There is no action required by you. If we are unable to reverse the overpaid funds from your bank account we will adjust future earnings to account for the overpaid amount.
Rest assured, your Google account will not be assessed any fees for incurring a negative balance as a result of this issue.
