here's a work around for the problem.
- go to settings > spicagenmod settings > interface > power widget buttons
- uncheck ALL buttons (you may get an FC on some, go back and keep unchecking all)
- go back one screen
- disable power widget by unchecking box
- open up shell using adb (c:\android-sdk...\adb shell)
- #cd data/data/com.android.providers.settings/databases
- #sqlite3 settings.db
-sqlite>select * from system where name like "expanded_widget_buttons";
you will see something like ###|expanded_widget_buttons|toggleData|toggleBrigh tness
so it seems like the settings are stuck even though we unchecked all buttons. make note of that number at the start of the line!
-sqlite>update settings set value="" where _id=### (where ### is the number from the sql query above)
-sqlite>select * from system where name like "expanded_widget_buttons"; (check again to make sure settings are gone)
-once settings have been cleared, type sqlite>.exit
-#reboot
once reboot is done, you can enable power widget again and select the buttons you want.
