INSTRUKCJA
Let's go:
Requirements
"Fixed" LG FlashTool.
Baseband's
A charged LG G2 (Please, dont try to flash/downgrade with a 10% loaded phone - cptn. obvious!)
Patience!
Tutorial:
1. Downgrade to JellyBean (4.2.2) with the "fixed" LG FlashTool
2. After you downgraded or already/still on JB/4.2.2 flash a custom recovery.
3. How to flash a custom recovery and the proper recovery for KitKat ROM's? Here you go:
- Get TWRP 2.6.3.3 (auto) *click*
- Extract the TWRP 2.6.3.3 folder and prepare your phone
- Preparing: Enable Developer options (Go to Settings > About phone > Software info > Tap "Build number" 7 Times > Go back to Settings and you'll see developer options. At the developer options enable "USB Debugging". Now your phone is prepared.
- After that Plug-in your USB Cable and choose "MTP" (Dont know if it matters, i did it like this).
- Now on the extracted TWRP folder theres an file called "flash-recovery.bat", right click on it and choose "open as administrator".
- On the DOS window follow the Instructions (it's simple, just click any button ).
- After successfully flashing TWRP UNPLUG your cable, dont reboot into recovery while smashing buttons!
- Now get the proper recovery: You need TWO Version of it, first this: Version 6.19.3 and Version 6.19.3
- Download BOTH and put BOTH on the SDCard!
- Download the ROM and put it AND the Baseband to the SDCard!
- Turn off the G2 and boot into recovery
- On the recovery you should see TWRP now. Now go to "Install" and choose PhilZ 6.19.3 (IMPORTANT!), install it!
- After that click on the "Home" button on TWRP, go to "Power" and reboot into recovery
- Now you are on PhilZ (6.19.3), but you need version 6.19.7.
- On PhilZ go to "advanced" and DISABLE "Loki".
- After you disabled LOKI, go back and then install > install from SD > choose "PhilZ 6.19.7.
- After that, "Home" button > Power > reboot into recovery
4.Now you have the proper recovery, that's what you need for flashing this ROM.
5.Clean ROM/Fresh install on PhilZ first!
6.Then go to "install > install from SD" flash the Baseband FIRST, after that, again "install > install from SD" and choose the ROM.
7.Choose your proper variant, flash it, wait....wait....wait...
8.First boot takes a bit, so BE PATIENCE!
9.Now you should have successfully flashed Cloudystock/Cloudypro and you can use it WITH a custom recovery AND root! Easy or? Yes..
Pozdro
