Trochę zapomniana sprawa, a słuchawki leżały dłuuugo w szufladzie, ale dzisiaj w końcu zadzwoniłem do działu pomocy technicznej B&O w Holandii i...... wszystko działa wyśmienicie :D
Cały proces (1) zerowania słuchawek i (2) właściwego parowania z telefonem opisali mi w mailu.

in order to find out how to reset your H5.
A full reset will remove any paired devices from your unit and can resolve many issues.
Keep in mind that you will need to pair your H5 to your mobile device again, after the reset.
This means that you need to remove the product from your list of paired devices, on your mobile unit.
Then please, restart your Samsung phone
1. Then initiate the pairing on your H5.
2. Once the indicator flashes blue, ensure to tap scan on your mobile.
3. Ensure the phone finished the scan.
4. Ensure the icon that shows on the mobile has a headset logo before you tap for pairing.
I hope this fixes the issue.
