Ten kod odpowiada za wychwycenie zdarzeń związanych z połączeniami i teraz chciałbym aby poza moją aplikacją pojawił się alert z tekstem "TELEFON DO CIEBIE" pełny kod:

TOASTobecnie działa i pokazuję się idealnie: gdy jestem poza swoją aplikacją (np. ekran domowy, wiadomości).
ALERT DIALOG niestety działa mi tylko w oknie aplikacji
Czy jest jakiś inny sposób poza TOASTna pokazanie komunikatu na ekranie poza aplikacją? lub modyfikacja TOAST`a tak aby uruchamiał się na dłuższy czas i wyłączał na moje żądanie (np. koniec rozmowy)?
