What has been done to the kernel:
- tweaked scheduler;
- tweaked internal task killer;
- pre-overclock @691/176(default kernel), using the ONDEMAND CPU governor
- improved RAM management and usage
- improved overall CPU speed - you can't take anything more out of it
... all of these result to:
- amazing battery life
- great overall performance

RC2 to RC3 changelog:
- very improved kernel
- 122/691MHz, optimized freq table, slightly higher voltage @122 to get rid of wakeup issues

RC1 to RC2 changelog:
- A2DP should work properly with newer headsets -> please confirm
- sound is now louder
- WiFi sleeps properly
- GPS fixed, allthough this would need further testing
- improved overall system speed(new kernel) - you will feel it
- kernel to work @ 691/160 or @576/245 - download the one you want
- included modules: tun, cifs, loop, cryptoloop, wlan -> ramzswap is attached

- pre-OC @691MHz on / 176MHz off -> you can still use OverclockingWidget/SetCPU to set your own desired frequencies, but I suggest you use it as it is.

- EXT2/3 are supported; my suggestion would be to use EXT2
- enabled button lights
- other minor enhancements to improve overall system performance and stability

- auto brightness(as in other AOSP ROMs) -> I will fix it soon
- A2DP - now that I have a BT headset(thanks again Mark!) I can work on it BUT it might work with newer headsets

- Cyanogen's launcher, as it is better than the buggy vanilla one
- terminal emulator
Notes:
1. PLEASE PERFORM A NANDROID BACKUP
2. PLEASE WIPE EVERYTHING
3. At the first boot, you will be asked which of the following you would like to start: com.android.provision.DefaultActivity or Setup Wizard. Choose setup wizard. After you have finnished setting it up, the setup will run again. Just press home and reboot. Everything will be fine afterwards.
